Umberleigh Camping and Caravanning Club Site, Umberleigh, EX37 9DU
This campsite is in the Taw valley and surrounded by meadows and rolling hills. Umberleigh village is a quarter of a mile from the site, where you can board the famous Tarka line railway which runs between Exeter and Barnstaple. You can join the Tarka Trail cycle route from the railway.  The campsite facilities include children’s play area, games room skittles and TV room. There are 2 tennis courts for hire and tennis coaching in the summer months.

West Middlewick Farm, Tiverton, EX16 8NP
This campsite is part of a working farm.  Bring your wellies and get stuck in, take part in feeding the animals, making this a unique stay. Watch the cows being milked or collect the eggs from the chicken shed.  Occasionally there are tame lambs that need bottle feeding. The produce is on sale includes Taw Valley Cheese from their cow’s milk, pork sausages and fresh eggs.

Bay View Farm Caravan and Camping Park, Croyde, North Devon, EX33 1PN
Bay View is 10 minutes walk from the old world village of Croyde and the famous Croyde beach.  One of the best surfing beaches on the North Devon coast.  The site is a family run park with good views and plenty of open spaces.  Electric hook ups and hardstanding pitches available.  The bus route runs outside the entrance of the park for those who would like a rest from driving.  The towns of Ilfracombe and Barnstaple are both in the vicinity.  The championship golf course of Saunton is just down the road.

Modbury Caravan & Motorhome Club Site, Modbury, PL21 0SH
Modbury is in amongst the many small villages that make up the rural South Hams.  Conveniently close are plenty of sandy coves on the coastal path passing through Devon on its way to Cornwall. Plymouth is a short drive from here if you are after a shopping spree, alternatively nearby attractions include Paignton Zoo, River Dart boat trips, Miniature Pony Centre and Dartmoor National Park.
