Know Before You Go

 

Procedures have been put in place for the protection and safety of you, your family and our staff.  We believe that the changes we have made will both reassure and provide the confidence you need that we are doing everything in our power to minimise the risk and spread of infection. Sometimes these instructions can seem a little cold, but we will greet you with a warm smile, albeit at distance.

We have implemented a ‘3 Stage Clean’ of all our vehicles both before and after each hire.

  1. Disinfectant spray on all touch areas
  2. Usual high standard deep clean (hoovering, dusting, washing, etc)
  3. Second disinfectant wipe down of all touch areas (handles, steering wheel, gear lever, etc)

Our Office

We have put up signs reminding both staff and customers of our new procedures and that Health and Safety is the responsibility of all of us.

Collecting a Motorhome or Campervan

Even though we have installed a reception counter with Perspex divider, please wear a mask and use the hand sanitizer on entering the office.

Motorhome driver(s) only to enter the office and complete all paperwork/necessary payment.

Sorry we do not have any customer toilet facilities on site.  Instead customers can use the facilities within their motorhome.

Your hire paperwork will be completed promptly.  Once all necessary paperwork is complete you will be asked to get back in your car, drive round to our workshop where you will be directed to park next to your motorhome/campervan.

 

New rules and procedures for collection of motorhomes – at the workshop

An exterior visual check will be done alongside a member of staff. Internal checks to be done by the customer.

Once the check is complete customers will then be able to transfer any belongings.

If leaving a car with us, customers will be asked to drive their car round to our secure compound. A member of staff will direct you exactly where to park. We will no longer keep hold of customer’s keys. Leaving a car with us is done so at the customers own risk.

We will no longer be providing customers with any handover instruction of their motorhome/campervan. Instead we ask that customers watch the ‘How-to’ Videos detailing the use of all main features and facilities before arrival. Links to videos specific to the vehicle booked will be included within the booking confirmation email, as well as being provided on a USB stick that can be plugged into the TV within the motorhome.

A ‘Quick Start Guide’ will be provided within the motorhome to allow customers to set off as quickly as possible.  Plus there is a written manual.

For your own peace of mind we recommend that you bring your own hand sanitiser and anti-bacterial wipes for when you are away.

Other visits

  • On arriving on site, please report to the office.
  • Even though we have installed a reception counter with Perspex divider, please wear a mask and use the hand sanitizer on entering the office.
  • Only one customer/booking to be in the office at any time.
  • No children or pets allowed to enter the office – no exceptions.

 

No more viewings

We will no longer be doing any viewings of our fleet. We have invested in getting 360° Virtual Tours of all of our vehicles added to our website.
