As an existing/returning customer, all you have to do is give your friend/family the reference number of your most recent hire. When they go on to book with us they will need to quote this number along with the name of the person who made the booking. Once their booking has been confirmed we will send you a £50 LandCruise Gift Voucher to spend on any future hire.
No. You will only receive a gift voucher if the person you have referred is a new LandCruise customer.
You’ll receive your £50 LandCruise gift voucher within three working days of your family/friends booking confirmation. If you have any questions about your gift voucher, please call us on 01243 380 000.
You can redeem your voucher against the cost of any future hire or optional extras. The voucher cannot be used as part of your security bond.
No. The £50 voucher can only be used on a new future hire placed within 12 months of the voucher being issued.
No. You will receive a £50 gift voucher for every friend/family that goes on to book with us.
The £50 gift voucher will be valid for one year from the date of issue.
Once they have booked and received their confirmation email they will need to email email@example.com with their name and booking reference along with the name and most recent booking reference of the person who recommended them. We will then send out your £50 gift voucher.
If your name and reference number wasn’t mentioned when your recommended friend/family booked, they’ll need to contact us with the correct information so that we can process your voucher for you.
